Genuine Co. was born out of a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of people with a disability, their carers, kin, community and family.

Through their combined expertise, Morgan and Meg envisioned Genuine Co. as an NDIS Provider that emphasises authenticity and genuine support.

Meg McGown - Director
Meg has owned and operated two successful NDIS companies, providing unwavering support to NDIS participants in various capacities. Meg has supported and led organisations in supporting the community through personalised one-to-one support, Short-Term Accommodation/Respites, and diverse group programs. These programs ranged from learning new skills, such as interpersonal relationship building, friendship groups, and group adventure programs in the community.
Meg’s background additionally includes a Diploma in Community Services, Mental Health, Training and Assessment, Vocational Education, and Training design and development. Her extensive educational background underscores her commitment to excellence in the provision of NDIS services, emphasizing a holistic approach to support and development.
Morgan Molloy - Support Coordinator
Morgan Molloy is a proud Trawlwoolway Palawa woman, who has years of both professional and personal experience in the disability sector. Her passion is to contribute to something greater than herself, and to work towards a society that is equitable, regardless of background, disability or economic status. Morgan has grown up with a sister with a disability and has seen first hand how accessing services that align with the unique needs and values of each person can positively impact a persons life. Morgan values the importance of holistic healing and the importance of recognising the power in community connection and fostering genuine relationships with providers.
Morgan has a Bachelor degree in Psychological Sciences, a Graduate Diploma in Arts (Sociology) .
