We work together to create a holistic and personalised plan outlining your goals and how and when you would like to be supported. We explore NDIS-funded supports, mainstream and community services that are important to you.

Consistency
We schedule regular check in’s to make sure we have a consistent line of communication. We provide progress reports on a regular basis to ensure we are prepared for your evolving needs and any upcoming plan reassessment. 

Learning
We work with you so you can learn more about navigating your NDIS plan, your budgets and support alternatives. Ultimately, supporting you to have more confidence and autonomy in your choices.
